so we came up to new york on thursday, hung out with our bass player who lives on long island... friday we played a rockin' hall show ... it was packed 500+ kids, fun time.. saturday we had the day off and went to islanders/sabres nhl hockey game... today it snowed like crazy, our show in New Jersey @ the hamilton st cafe was cancelled (sorry guys!!! we'll be back i promise)... and now we're stuck here at joey's STILL and we will be home in ct tommorow morning

It's like a trigger pulled, switching your decisions. The right side is completely def while the left side is hearin this. So go, dont stop, isnt that what you think you want. It's like someone has edit'd your thoughts. They'll call me a killer and at best, im just insane. But I swear to you, I didnt do anything.

Guilty....of things that I cant explain because i was never there. It doesnt matter, the clues point to you, so paint me in. I'll be in the study with the rope or would you rather the revolver. Quicker is always better. So take out one knee at a time. Forgiveness is a crime. Who beleives in second chances?

- so we rocked out at the sad cafe with alot of our good good friends that we've been seeing for a while

- we wrote a new song called "you lie, you know you lie" and we'll be playing it soon (maybe we'll post the lyrics up soon)

- we got an interesting phone call from an interesting record label

- we played up in mass and joey was in court and never made it to the show, so we played like ass with ethan on bass 1/2 the time, and no bass the other 1/2... nevertheless we still put it all out their for kids and alot them got the idea

- tonight we play at the madison arts barn in ct with ethans old ska band, the flaming tsunamis...

- ethan joined the band
- we tried to release an ep
- we went on a spring tour
- saw the rock n roll hall of fame, dodged getting arrest multiple times, met bums hippies and naked people.
- had a bunch of birthdays and started writing new songs
- tried to take beeners revenge on tour, although it wasnt too succesfull we had fun, got trashed and introduced matt to his new home (hank the van)
- wrote some more new songs
- went on a summer tour with matt browne; almost died a couple times, more dodging the police
- rocked out the warped tour, best time ever
- started writing more
- lost our bass player
- recouped, rewrote, recorded
- added joey as a new bass player
- went on winter tour: froze our asses off, dodge arrest once again
- released our new cd
- jamie got arrested

We're spending the evening in Nashville. and it's amazing. There's dozens of bar and grills with live music, clubs, guitar shops, records stores, etc. We checked out some kick ass gift shops and Joey Warbucks bought a walking stick. Now it's off to Chicago.

so we've finally reached Jeph and Jamies parents house in FL, and we're eating amazing food and going in the jacuzzi and just chilling before our show tonight in tarpon springs. Thanks Cherie! (for updating the journal while we're gone.) So the show last night was great, much better than any of us expected for a thursday night. So far this has been a great tour, joey and steve are both doing great and we're having a ton of fun, on and off stage. thanks to everyone that's helping us out and coming to the shows. we got our new CD's today!!! they look and sound great, and we can't wait to get them around the country.

look at me..i did it..this is cherie jeph and jamies roomate..so i got a phone call yesterday from jeph and they were in SC... in a hotel chilling and they had played a show in mass which was awesome they sold lotsa merch and had money for a warm hotel room..krisitn got a call from jamie..they were watching the sabres on tv.. and today while i was shopping i got anoter call jeph!! woo ...they were in MYRTLE BEACH sc..and were about to play the show..joey took them all to mideval times.where they ate chicken and their Knight won..i think he said the lady let them into a special show because there wa sa matinee for school kids.. then they went to an outdoor mall and sold merch to random kids who went nuts.. they have videos which i cant wait to see...oh yeah jamie is the ITV champion..when i got home i talked to jamie i miss him he was "hanging out" in the van before the show..which theyll be playing in an hour...i cant wait til they get home..dinner,wine,movies and flowers..yeup.. i have no gossip on the panda..but ill let yous know when i do.. joey got a gift for his special lady and the boys got a cross necklace..(shhhh)

So last week, I left Jephs guitar on the floor in our practice space, then Dave stepped on it and the neck cracked. So here I am, a mere 4 days before we leave for tour without a solid instrument to take on the road. Do I commit credit fraud so I can buy a new guitar? Do I go on the road with my old strat with the duct tape strap locks that feels awkward to play and sounds like shit? Man, we're the poorest rockstars ever. ;) - Ethan
